01The Estimate
In the vast majority of cases, we do an in-home walk-through to understand the unique challenges of your move and provide an accurate estimate.
Most movers will do this over the phone and hope they’re in the ballpark.
02The Move
On the morning of your move, we’ll be there with a crew of meticulously trained movers who are unfazed by anything your move may throw at them.
We’ll start with another walk-through so our crew can strategize the best way to pack your belongings safely and efficiently.
03The Investment
At Highbrow, we pride ourselves in providing accurate estimates. But at the end of the move, we’ll charge you for the actual time and materials it took to do the job.
It’s as simple as that. No surprise charges or fees. Just honesty and transparency.
